Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships, including tracking information.

- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 7-10 business days
- International Shipping: 15-20 business days, availability varies by country
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high order volume (e.g. holidays, promotions).
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping is included on orders of 2+ devices / over $70.
- Standard shipping on single-unit orders: $5, calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.
Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us at pupmute@outlook.com as soon as possible — we can only make changes before the order ships.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at pupmute@outlook.com within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) with your order number, and we'll work with you on a replacement or resolution.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. These are not included in the order total and are collected by the carrier or customs agency upon delivery.
